They take lunch at the front desk making multiple phone calls using the company phone ignoring customers? They lie, play phone tag, hang up on you and get annoyed by you having questions. I went with a much more professional company where the owner is aware of everything, so the receptionist are polite and considerate.

The dog park is pretty large and they always have doggy bags available for use. The laundry room is very large and clean and they do maintain the grounds regularly!
